“The City of Venice is extremely pleased to host the 2024 BlueWeek as a collateral event of the upcoming edition of the Venice Boat Show to be held from May 29th to June 2 ,” says Fabrizio D’Oria, Director of the Boat Show and Operative Director of Vela, the company organising the Show. 

“The main purpose of the Show is to promote boating in the widest sense, at 360 degrees, with many different events concerning shipbuilding, ports issues, economy of the sea, innovation and sustainability, environmental issues, in particular with a special focus on the East Adriatic and Mediterranean market. We are therefore convinced that the presence of the BlueWeek in Venice before the 5th edition of the Boat Show will certainly add value to the debate on these issues and will contribute to affirm Venice as the Capital of the Sea.
